Order and Tracking

  • A valid shipping address must be provided at the time of purchase where someone must be present to sign for the package.
  • Once an order has been submitted online, no modifications can be applied to the purchase.
  • An email confirmation from shop@mattandnat.com will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase, immediately after you have placed your order. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact MATT & NAT immediately.
  • For North American shipments a tracking number will be sent automatically by e-mail, on the date the package is shipped. The subject will read Shipment Notification of your Order and will be from infoship@worldwarehouse.com
  • International Orders: To find out the status of your order please contact info@mattandnat.co.uk

Shipping Times and Methods

  • Delivery time for orders within North America is approximately 8 to 12 business days and 3 to 5 business days for International orders.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm EST and GMT.
  • Orders placed during statutory holidays may experience slight delays.
  • North American orders are shipped via UPS, International orders are shipped via DPD (Parceline).
  • All packages are sent ground service and require a signature on delivery. The signature required feature cannot be removed.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders of $200 (£100) or more receive FREE shipping.
  • For orders under $200 (£100), shipping fees are calculated based on both the shipping and destination postal codes, unless otherwise specified on the website.
    • Canadian orders originate in Montreal, QC
    • US orders originate in Champlain, NY
    • European orders originate in Ashford, Middlesex
  • If the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect and/or a package is unclaimed, additional shipping fees will apply.
  • All customers who have packages that must be re-delivered or re-routed will be charged additional shipping fees to the new destination, even on orders originally qualifying for free shipping.

Taxes and fees

  • Sales tax is not included in prices within Canada. The Canadian sales taxes are as follows:
    • 5% GST for all Canadian provinces EXCEPT 5% GST + 7.5% QST for Quebec, and 13 % HST for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Labrador and Newfoundland.
  • No duty or sales taxes apply to US orders.
  • A £12.50 duty fee applies to all International orders made from Croatia, Norway, Switzerland and Sweden.
  • VAT is included in all International prices.
  • MATT & NAT is not responsible for credit card conversion fees or banking fees.
  • The cost for re-routing a package within the same city (special requests only) is $10 USD or $10 CAD + sales tax.
  • If an order is requested to be cancelled an administration fee of $10 USD or $10 CAD + sales tax will apply, plus applicable shipping fees.

Important

  • All orders are sent via ground service and require a signature on delivery. Most shipping carriers will make 3 attempts at delivery, if after the third attempt the package is not claimed, the goods will be returned to MATT & NAT.
  • Please ensure that your package is not damaged before it is signed for. If it is damaged, refuse the package and contact MATT & NAT immediately.
  • Once the package is signed for, the responsibility of the goods is passed to the signee.
  • Please note that items are subject to availability and are not guaranteed in stock at the time of purchase.
  • There may be additional delays on the processing of your order if the billing information on your credit card does not match with that of your financial institution.
