Shipping

US and Canadian orders are shipped via UPS & Purolator ground, unless an express air shipping option is requested at the time of purchase.

International orders are shipped via Parcel Force.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm EST and GMT.

All North American orders require a signature on delivery. Someone must be available to sign for the package on the scheduled arrival date. The courier will typically make 3 attempts at delivery. If, after the third attempt, the package is not claimed, the goods will be returned to MATT & NAT.

Please ensure that your package is not damaged before it is signed for. If it is damaged, refuse the package and contact MATT & NAT immediately. Once the package is signed for, the responsibility of the goods is passed to the signee.

Shipping times vary depending on the method requested at the time of purchase. All express air Shipments must be placed before 11am EST in order to guarantee delivery on time.

Ground delivery: unless an express service is requested at the time of purchase, all parcels within North America are shipped using ground service. Canadian and US orders should typically arrive between 5-10 business days from date of order.

Second Day Air Delivery: If this service is requested, your shipment should arrive at the end of the second business day; applicable for North American shipments only. Please note that Second Day Air orders placed after 11Am EST Friday, or on a weekend will be processed the following Monday. Select zip codes are not available for this service and some locations require additional shipping times.

Next Day Air Delivery: If this service is requested, your shipment should arrive by 12 pm EST the next business day; applicable for North American shipments only. Please note that Next Day Air orders placed after 11AM EST Friday, or on a weekend will be processed the following Monday. International deliveries: All shipments will arrive within approximately 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping fees

All North American orders over $50 and UK orders qualify for FREE ground shipping.

Express shipping fees are automatically calculated at the time of purchase based on the delivery service requested, the size and/or weight of the package, and the shipping and destination postal codes.

All packages that must be re-delivered or re-routed will be charged additional shipping fees to the new destination, including orders originally qualifying for free shipping.

The cost for re-routing a package within the same city (special requests only) is $10 USD or $10 CAD + sales tax.

If the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect and/or a package is returned, additional shipping fees will apply.
