RETURN/EXCHANGE OF INTERNET PURCHASES
We will gladly refund or exchange unworn merchandise purchased online on www.mattandnat.com within 30 days of original purchase. Please note that all discounted items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be made on these.
Concerning warranty claims: we will exchange items that have been purchased at mattandnat.com within the last 3 months. If the item is no longer available, we will send you a substitute of similar value at our discretion. If you’ve purchased the item in the last 30 days and at full price, you have the option of asking for a refund or exchange.

Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased at a store must be made directly through the retailer where the item was purchased.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all discounted items are final sale.
ONLINE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We are happy to refund you a price adjustment if your item was purchased at full price within 7 days of the markdown. Price adjustments do not apply to sale items that are marked down further. Purchases made in store do not qualify for price adjustments.
HOW TO PROCEED FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

3. An agent will email you back within 2 business days to provide you with your RMA number and instructions on how to send your items back to us. Shipments that are sent to us without this RMA number will be refused.
4. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, we take care of the shipping charges to get replacements back to you.
