All items must be returned to the original point of purchase, in their original condition. The below return policy applies to all orders placed through www.mattandnat.com. If an item was purchased outside the MATT & NAT online boutique, it must be returned to the original point of purchase with a proof of purchase.

MATT & NAT guarantees our accessories are free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for an exchange for up to 365 days from date of purchase.

How to return an order

1.Complete a Return authorization form: Download a return authorization form by clicking here. Complete all of the required fields and email it to onlinereturns@mattandnat.com or info@mattandnat.co.uk for European purchases.

2.Obtain a Return Authorization number: once the completed Return Authorization form has been received and reviewed, you will be provided with an R.A number and the return address.

3.Send the merchandise: Refunds and exchanges will only be issued once MATT & NAT has received the returned item at the address provided in step 2.

PLEASE NOTE: The RA number must be clearly indicated on the box being returned; otherwise it will be refused at the destination.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-If the item you are looking to exchange is no longer available, you will be issued a credit for the value of the returned item, valid for a period of 3 months from the issue date.

-All items returned without a return authorization number on the parcel will be returned to the sender.
