You should typically receive your shipment within two weeks of placing your order and will be emailed a tracking number once your goods have left our warehouse. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping.
If you do not receive a tracking number within one week, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into the matter.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the arrival of orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as volume of orders, postal mishandling and technical malfunctions. We are making every effort to ensure our clients’ orders are completed fully and without delay, however, setbacks occur
Items are subject to availability and are not guaranteed in stock at the time of purchase. Should your item be sold out, you will be offered the option of either exchange or full refund.

VAT is included in all prices.
A £12.50 duty fee applies to all International orders made from Croatia, Norway, Switzerland and Sweden.
All orders that are shipped outside of the EU could be subject to import duty and tax as we ship on a D.D.U basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We do not know what these charges could be and if contacted via our shipper, you will need to pay these charges in order to receive your order. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.
