Q : Does putting an item in my shopping cart reserve the merchandise? A : No, unfortunately placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee it’s availability for when you are ready to make your purchase. Q : I saw an item on your website and not long after, it disappeared. Why is this? A : Styles and quantities are limited, as soon as they are no longer available to purchase, they are immediately removed from the MATT & NAT website. Q : How accurate are the color displays on your website? A : Please note that although MATT & NAT has matched the color display to their collections as closely as possible, colors may vary slightly from one computer to another. Q : I have a damaged item, who do I contact? A : To offer the most effective customer service, please contact the retailer where you purchased your MATT & NAT item. A : CVDs (Card Verification Digits) are the three or four digits that appear on the credit card either on the back, above the signature strip, or on the front above the embossed number. This is asked at the time of purchase to increase credit card security. Q : When will my order arrive? A : All orders are shipped via UPS in the United States, Purolator in Canada and Parcel Force in the UK. Depending on the shipping location, delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. Q : Can I ship different products to different locations in the same order? A: You cannot allocate separate shipping addresses on the same order. A : MATT & NAT does offer replacement straps on select styles of handbags. Please contact a customer service representative to verify availability. A : Dimensions of 13.5" x 17" x 2.25" read as follows: The first number (13.5”) refers to the length, the second number (17”) refers to the height, and the third number (2.25”) refers to the width (if applicable). A : If the item you are interested in reads “out of stock”, then it will most likely be available soon. We encourage you to check back on our website periodically to check its availability. Q : Are your bags environmentally friendly? A : Yes, Veganism is an environmental movement. Currently all linings are made from recycled plastic water bottles. A message inside of each bag will let you know exactly how many bottles were recycled to produce your accessory. Additionally, all of our packaging and marketing materials are made from recycled content. Q : Where can I find MATT & NAT products?
